In 2017, moving to London meant starting life again from the beginning. With a young family to care for and a husband working exceptionally long hours, flexibility and purpose became essential. This new beginning led to the SMAE Institute, where — at the age of 44 — a new professional chapter began. Graduating as a Foot Health Practitioner wasn’t just a qualification; it was the foundation of a vision.

From those early days, Feet & Care has grown with dedication, courage, and belief that anything is possible — even when you start from scratch, knowing only a handful of people and building a new life from square one.

Today, Feet & Care provides high-quality foot health services both in-clinic and through mobile visits, supporting clients wherever they feel most comfortable. As the business evolved, it became a true family venture — with my husband joining along the way and our eldest gradually stepping into the world of work and responsibility.
